I believe in Heaven and Hell,
Not in the After-life,

Life is what we make it:
When I live in anxiety or depression I’m in Hell,
I let fear and anger control me,
Guilt and shame belittle me,
When I’m joyful and loving I’m in Heaven,
I’m peaceful and playful and grateful,
Every day I go from Heaven to Hell and back again,
Moment by moment I choose.
