Recapturing Romance and Love-making
Matt and Stacey are exhausted at the end of the day. They would like to make love but feel too tired. He is working extra long hours to bring home his paycheck while she is raising their two young children. She would like Matt to have more time with their children and so would he. Matt changed his mindset using a simple exercise to clarify your priorities described in my book “Attract Love, Intimacy & Money.” Matt put his marriage ahead of his job and committed to talk with Stacey 15 minutes a day about what matters to each of them. His talking with her made Stacey more aware of how important their love making was to him, and she changed her mindset to make it a high priority. Their love-making returned. Stacey said, “There is no greater pleasure than recapturing the romance in your marriage.”
Ann was critical of her husband, Jack, for not making love. He had erectile dysfunction which was partially helped by Viagra. Jack turned to the internet and pornography. Ann felt rejected. With counseling Jack learned to focus all his romantic passion on one person: Ann. Ann learned to change her mindset from criticizing Jack to appreciating his commitment. Their love-making has improved.
